Right of withdrawl
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days starting the day you or a third party named by you hast acquired the purchase.
To exercise your right to withdraw from purchase you MUST notify us, Holyart Gallery, James-Cook Str. 33, 86156 Augsburg, with a clear statement, via letter, fax or email, of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the standard form below, but it’s not obligatory.
You can fill in the standard form or another definite declaration on our website www.holyart.gallery/en.
Should you use this option, we will send you a confirmation via email immediately to let you know we have received your declaration of withdrawal.
In order to meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you inform us about your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal within the revocation deadline
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we are obligated to reimburse you for all the payments that have been made, minus the shipping costs, immediately, but at least within fourteen (14) days of having received your declaration of withdrawal.
We will reimburse you with the same payment method you used for payment, except we have another agreement. We will not charge any costs for the reimbursement.
We can refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods.
You are obligated to send back the goods immediately, but at least within 14 days, starting the day you declared your withdrawal from the contract, to us, Holyart Gallery, James-Cook Str. 33, 86156 Augsburg. You keep the deadline if the goods have been shipped within the fourteen (14) day timeframe.
In any case you have to bear the shipping costs for sending the goods back to our company.
You only have to compensate us for the loss of value of the goods if our checkings of quality, properties and function lead back to your uncareful handling of the goods.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices named on the product pages include all legal and tax fees. In addition we charge 3,95/8,95 Euros per order for shipping within Germany and countries belonging to the EU.
The shipping costs are stated on the product pages, on the shopping basket page and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery is only possible within Germany and countries belonging to the EU with common shipping service providers. Delivery can take up to four weeks. Deviating delivery times will be clarified on the product page.
Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.
Should you choose prepayment via bank transfer you will receive the bank details in the order confirmation and the goods will be shipped after the payment has been received.
Retention of title
Until the full payment has been received, the good remain in our ownership.
Dispute resolution
The EU-Commission has created a platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations stemming from online-shopping-contracts.
